My name is Luciana and I go by many names: Lu, Luli or Luchi.
I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, focused on Ashtanga vinyasa flow.
And I am a woman of many passions: I‘m madly in love with yoga, I’m a healthy foodie and wannabe chef (I’ve been in love with cooking since I can remember), a dog and nature lover, a music and concert addict (heavy loud music among other styles), and I suffer from a common condition known as wanderlust. I also, have a 9-to-5 job in a media consultancy based in London. So, as you can see, I wear many hats!
My personal formula for happiness is a mix of the following stuff (hence the yoga salad, get it?)
yoga + cooking + music + dogs + travels = happiness
I felt in love with yoga when I was a child, thanks to my mum, but I’ve actually started practicing yoga back in 2008 and finally, in June 2018, I’ve decided to take it to the next level and do my first teacher training with the wonderful Inspira Yoga as I wanted to be able to share my passion for yoga with the people around me. For me, my everyday yoga practice is an inward journey where I connect with my body and feelings, finding inner peace. I believe that everybody can find a place of contentment within themselves, and it would be my honour to inspire and assist you on your own personal yoga journey.
